Application Process

You have made the right decision intrusting Armson property to provide a smooth professional process from start to finish now that you have found to right property, at Armson property we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service to all of our tenants.
We aim to help you move you into the property found on our books seamlessly!  We will always ensure that your rental experience is exceptional and that you are glad you chose Armson property as your rental agent.  We aim to provide a service that will make you want to recommend us to your friends and family!

1. Finding your new home

By now you have located your dream property using one of our portals. If you are yet to find a property, please check out our property search pages or contact us directly on

2. Viewing the Property

After we have run through the property details with you and ensured you meet our criteria, we will arrange a property viewing with one of our staff to show you around.

3. Fees

Unlike some of our competitors you will be charged no fees to apply for and move into a property.  Although a fully refundable holding fee will be used to secure a property, this will be subtracted from your deposit and rent once you move-in. 

4. Credit References

All qualifying tenants on our books will start by submitting referencing forms, Please click here.

Application Forms

We may also request further documentation to verify some of the details you have provided.  If required these will be requested via email after submission.

Securing The Property

To secure your desired property you will be asked to pay a fully refundable holding fee of around half of one month’s rent, once applications are complete this will be transferred to an approved scheme under the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), for further information see www.depositprotection.com

Tenancy Agreement

The process from start to finish should take around 7 working days, we will draw up an Assured Short-Hold Tenancy Agreement (AST) which details the rent, length of contract and deposit amount.  We will require you to sign the document before commencing the tenancy. This will be sent over securely directly to the lead tenant,
